This is your first chance to meet as a team with Caroline, our Aquatics Director, and set the tone for a smooth, safe, and energized summer at the pool. Together, you’ll build shared expectations, review safety systems, and get aligned around teaching strategies and camper care.
You will:- Meet your fellow instructors and align as a swim team
- Review swim level designations, group management, and skill progression
- Practice Shomer procedures and safety expectations in and out of the water
- Participate in a swim check (tread water and swim a lane)
- Start the summer with clear roles, communication systems, and a shared vision for success
