Great teams communicate clearly—and that starts with you. This session focuses on resolving conflict, giving and receiving feedback, and understanding who to go to when something’s not working.

Practice conflict resolution strategies with co-counselors

Learn how to offer and receive feedback with respect and clarity

Understand camp’s communication chain of command

Build confidence speaking up with kindness and professionalism
